Dingyi GP Inv. (00508) announced that on July 3, 2024, the company intends to sell up to 0.115 billion shares to the placing participants through the placement agents, accounting for approximately 13.5% of the enlarged share capital. The subscription price is HK$0.47 per share, which is about 11.3% lower than the closing price of HK$0.53 per share on the same day.
Assuming all the subscription shares are fully subscribed, the net proceeds will be approximately HK$53.1 million and will be used to allocate to investment opportunities that may be identified from time to time.
In addition, after further consultation and discussion, the company and the subscribers have decided not to proceed with the subscription of 0.115 billion shares previously offered.
