On July 2, 2024, EFT (688165.SH) announced that it held the 24th meeting of the Third Board of Directors and the 20th meeting of the Third Supervisory Committee, and approved the Proposal on Adding Implementation Entities of Some Raised Funds Projects, which agreed to the "Robot Core Parts Performance Improvement and Production Capacity Construction Project" and the "Robot Cloud Platform Research and Industrialization Project" as raised funds projects, and added a subsidiary, Qizhi (Wuhu) Intelligent Robot Co., Ltd, (hereinafter referred to as "subsidiary" or "Qizhi Robot") as the implementation entity. The company approved the subsidiary to set up a special account for raised funds and authorized the company's management to sign the four-party supervision agreement to open the special account for raised funds. Apart from the addition of implementation entities, there is no change in the total investment, raised capital input, and construction content of the company's raised funds projects.
