On July 3, Gelunhui reported that Enterprise Dev (01808.HK) signed non-binding strategic cooperation agreements with Face Wall Intelligence Technology Co., Ltd. (Face Wall Intelligence) and Beijing Urban Construction Intelligent Control Technology Co., Ltd. (Urban Construction Intelligent Control) respectively in the second quarter of 2024. According to the strategic cooperation agreement, the two parties will cooperate to promote digital technology projects.

According to the strategic cooperation agreement signed between the company and Face Wall Intelligence, the two parties will jointly promote cooperation in the following four categories: 1. "AI+Agent+End" super-converged smart body: based on the cloud-edge-terminal computing power network architecture and AIAgent technology system, explore the construction of a cloud (universal large model) - edge (industry large model) - terminal (application small model) innovative super-converged system to meet the needs of various application scenarios.

2. AI basic application capabilities: including (a) intelligent data annotator that can achieve AI automatic annotation capability; (b) AI knowledge extractor for two types of subjects: human and machine equipment; and (c) data space connector and data asset connector that can meet the requirements of original data not out of domain and data available but not visible.

3. Application scenario large model: Facing fields such as medical, education, agriculture, culture, finance and urban asset operation, explore the construction of application scenario large models, promote the intelligent development level of the industry, and realize the commercial value of industry big data and large models.

4. Research topics: Conduct in-depth research around the field of AI+data elements, jointly explore cutting-edge issues in this field, promote the combination of theory and practice through scientific research cooperation, and promote technological progress and innovative development in relevant fields.

According to the strategic cooperation agreement signed between the company and Urban Construction Intelligent Control, the two parties will jointly promote the landing of edge computing power, intelligent computing services, data assetization and data capitalization solutions and products, including but not limited to platform construction and operation, provision of edge computing power services and intelligent computing services, and provision of enterprise data resources entry and data asset operation services. The two parties will give priority to carrying out edge computing power, data resource entry and data asset operation business in the enterprises controlled and serviced by the mother company of Urban Construction Intelligent Control and jointly promote the construction and operation of the Beijing Data Element Operation and Management Service Platform to help build the Beijing Data Basic System Pilot Zone.
