On July 4th, Gelunhui reports that Ningbo Sunrise ELC Technology (002937.SZ) announced that it convened the 23rd meeting of the fourth board of directors on July 4, 2024, and passed the resolution on establishing a subsidiary in Thailand and investing in the establishment of a production base. To implement the strategic plan layout of overseas automotive electronics and server components business, the company plans to establish a subsidiary in Thailand and invest in the establishment of a production base for the project. The first phase of the project plans to invest no more than 11 million US dollars, including but not limited to the purchase of land, fixed asset construction and other relevant matters. The source of funds is the company's own funds, and the actual investment amount is subject to approval by Chinese and local authorities.
