Summi (00756) announced that May Huang resigned as independent non-executive director of the company, chairman of the company's audit committee, nomination committee and member of the investment and compliance committee due to the need to invest more time to deal with other businesses, effective from July 4, 2024.
Effective July 4, 2024: (i) Chung Shuirong was appointed as chairman of the audit committee; (ii) Yang Xuping was appointed as chairman of the nomination committee and a member of the investment and compliance committee; and (iii) Wu Shaohao no longer serves as chairman of the nomination committee and has been transferred to be a member of the nomination committee.
