Capital A has announced that as of 28 June 2024, 17.859% of the issued and paid-up share capital of 4,302,853,531 ordinary shares were held by foreigners.
The percentage of ownership of shares in the company by foreigners has not exceeded the limit of 45% of the Company's total issued and paid-up share capital.
Under regulaitions, shares held by foreigners which are within the Prescribed Limit shall be entitled to all rights and entitlements attached to the shares.
