On July 5th, Gelonhui reported that Kinlong Hardware (002791.SZ) disclosed an investor relations activity record, indicating that its Portuguese subsidiary, a wholly-owned production subsidiary acquired abroad, is mainly positioned in the high-end bathroom field. The Portuguese business is divided into two parts: self-branded production and sales, and OEM labeling. The self-branded business mainly produces and develops bathroom products for independent sales, while the OEM part mainly focuses on other products and concentrates on the European market. In the first half of the year, the scale and performance of the Portuguese business have declined to some extent, mainly due to the company's proactive adjustment of business strategy and gradual phasing out of OEM business, focusing on advantageous areas, and improving profitability through cost reduction and efficiency enhancement.
