As of the 6 months period ended on June 30, 2024, the contracted sales area of property contracted by the group and its joint venture and affiliated companies was approximately 316,310 square meters, and the average selling price of the property contracted was approximately RMB 26,955 per square meter.

As for the month of June 2024 alone, the contracted sales area of Hopson constructed and managed properties by the group and its joint venture and affiliated companies was approximately 5,565 square meters, with a contracted sales amount of approximately RMB 0.382 billion.
