From January to June 2024, the accumulated contract sales were RMB 19.017 billion and a contracted sales area of 1.6562 million square meters, decreasing by 26.7% and 22.8% respectively year-on-year. As of the end of June 2024, the cumulative subscribed but unsigned amount was RMB 0.689 billion and the subscribed but unsigned area was 0.0521 million square meters.
In June 2024, the group added two new projects in Xuzhou City, Jiangsu Province and Hefei City, Anhui Province, with a total floor area of 0.1592 million square meters and a total land price of RMB 1.165 billion. From January 1 to June 30, 2024, the group has added a total floor area of 0.2469 million square meters and a total land price of RMB 1.385 billion.
In the first half of 2024, the group acquired the remaining equity of two joint projects in Changzhou City, Jiangsu Province, with a total price of RMB 0.501 billion.
