Linewell Software (603636.SH) stated on the investor interaction platform on July 5 that the company has received the investment project filing certificate for the 'Beijing Qixingyuan Digital Economy Industry Intelligence Calculation Center Construction Project' from the Science, Technology, and Information Bureau of Fengtai District, Beijing. The approval agrees to the construction of 2300PFlops computing power, which will be used for the development of artificial intelligence for enterprises, for government public computing power services, and for enterprise service computing power. The board of directors of the company has approved the 'Proposal on Carrying Out Computing Power Business at the Company's Global Headquarters in Beijing' on April 29. The company will carry out computing power business at its global headquarters in Beijing, and the company's management is authorized to carry out computing power business within the scope of the board of directors' authority, including but not limited to plan making, procedure handling, business expansion, talent recruitment, contract signing, and equipment procurement. The Beijing Fengtai District computing center project of the company is proceeding in an orderly manner according to plan. If there is any significant progress in the future, the company will fulfill its information disclosure obligations in accordance with relevant regulations. The company positions its main business in the innovation track of artificial intelligence, data services, and computing power services, and is committed to promoting the innovative development of digital government, public safety, social governance, and intelligent industry. The company has not yet been involved in related business related to financial and tax digitization.
