On July 5, Guolong News reported that an investor asked Sunwoda Electronic (300207.SZ) on the investor interaction platform, "How much cathode material does your 0.5C cell consume per 1 GWh produced? What kind of cathode material is mainly needed?" The company replied that different products in different chemical systems consume slightly different cathode materials. For example, a certain phosphate iron lithium ultra-fast charging cell needs about 2,200 tons of phosphate iron lithium cathode material for a 1 GWh cell; a certain ternary ultra-fast charging cell needs about 1,400 tons of ternary cathode material for a 1 GWh cell. The company's current power battery cathode materials are mainly ternary and phosphate iron lithium.
