This is the appeal filed with the Fukuoka High Court on June 29, 2019 against the ruling of the Fukuoka District Court, which dismissed the request for cancellation of the installation change permit for Units 1 and 2 of the Sendai Nuclear Power Plant (dated September 10, 2014). Our company has been participating in the lawsuit since August 23, 2016.

At the oral arguments held at the Fukuoka High Court this time, witness questioning was conducted for the witnesses requested by both the appellant and the appellee, the government.
