VC Holdings (00821) announced that Lai Yifeng has resigned from (i) the company secretary, (ii) the chief financial officer and (iii) the authorized representative of the company specified in Rule 3.05 of the Listing Rules of Hong Kong Exchanges and Clearing Limited, in order to seek other career development opportunities. Mr. Lai has confirmed to the board of directors that there is no disagreement between him and the board, and there is no matter related to his resignation that needs to be brought to the attention of the company's shareholders or the Stock Exchange.
The board of directors is pleased to announce that Li Cailing has been appointed as (i) the company secretary, (ii) the chief financial officer and (iii) the authorized representative, effective from July 5, 2024.
