Since residential areas are close to the surrounding area and population growth can be expected, it was determined that there would be more opportunities to respond to demand for detached houses in the future, and it was decided to open stores.
The facility has a large site area of about 224,000 square meters, and the number of stores opened is 200, and the number of annual visitors exceeds 8.1 million people, making it one of the largest commercial facilities in Kumamoto prefecture. The child-rearing family group is the main customer base, and since it matches the company's target group, a large number of customer attraction effects can be expected. The company's store area is scheduled to be on the 2nd floor. The company will open an in-shop model house “Sketch” at this location based on the concept of a “lifestyle experience type store that families can enjoy for a long time.”
This will be the company's 8th store in Kumamoto Prefecture. By making the same store function as a starting point for attracting customers and increasing mobility with the 7 existing stores in the same prefecture, it is thought that efficient sales activities can also be carried out as a dominant strategy using the company's digital marketing to attract customers.
