On July 8th, Gelunhui announced that the new board of directors of Vision International Holdings (08107.HK) will take effect from July 8, 2024, with the following changes: (1) Liu Qitai has resigned as executive director and chairman of the board; (2) Wang Zheng has resigned as executive director; (3) Zhu Jianming has resigned as independent non-executive director and chairman of the audit committee; (4) Che Haohua has resigned as independent non-executive director and member of the remuneration committee; (5) Chen Ting has been appointed as executive director, chairman of the board, and chairman of the nomination committee; (6) Chen Xiao has been appointed as executive director; (7) Cai Wen'an has been appointed as independent non-executive director and chairman of the audit committee; (8) Zhuo Jiajun no longer serves as a member of the nomination committee; and (9) Yang Mengzhang, professor and engineer, no longer serves as chairman of the nomination committee, but remains a member of the nomination committee and has been appointed as a member of the remuneration committee.
