According to the news, Zhonghuan Renewable announced that the subsidiary Zhonghuan Low Carbon signed a cooperation framework agreement with Guoneng Anhui. The two sides plan to launch, develop and invest in new energy and photovoltaic power plant-related projects within Anhui Province for a period of three years.
The Board believes that the cooperation framework considered and outlined in the agreement will enable the Group to utilize its experience and capabilities in the development and operation of new energy projects.
