On July 9th, Gelonhui announced that according to the preliminary estimation by its finance department, it is expected to achieve a net loss attributable to shareholders of the listed company of -0.25 billion yuan to -0.3 billion yuan in the first half of 2024, compared with -0.183 billion yuan in the same period of the previous year. The net profit attributable to shareholders of the listed company after deducting non-recurring gains and losses is expected to be -0.257 billion yuan to -0.307 billion yuan.
Due to the short-term insufficient demand of downstream customers affected by the domestic macroeconomic environment and other factors, the business recovery of the company did not meet expectations. Secondly, affected by seasonal factors in the industry, informationization projects of government departments are mainly implemented in the second half of each year, so the company's revenue in the first and second quarters is relatively low. The company has made certain adjustments to the investment proportion of some business and regions, tried to expand more market opportunities outside of the government, thus to some extent affecting the company's business income in the traditional main market. The growth rate of newly signed contracts in the second quarter increased by nearly 100% compared with the first quarter, basically the same as the same period last year. In addition, the speed of overseas contract landing in the first half of the year was slightly lower than expected, and it is expected that the overseas business income will grow rapidly in the second half of the year.
