The net income attributable to shareholders of listed companies during the reporting period is expected to be a loss of 74 million yuan to 47 million yuan, compared with a loss of 22.4945 million yuan in the same period last year. Net income after deducting non-recurring gains and losses is expected to be a loss of 75 million yuan to 48 million yuan, compared with a loss of 22.3915 million yuan in the same period last year. Basic earnings per share are expected to be a loss of 0.17 yuan/share to 0.11 yuan/share. Revenue is expected to be 400 million yuan to 450 million yuan, with revenue after deducting costs expected to be 390 million yuan to 440 million yuan.
Due to a decrease in overseas orders for valve and pipe fittings business during the reporting period and lower pricing for some products to expand the market, coupled with a significant increase in the price of main raw material, copper rods, the gross margin decreased. The medical business's operating income decreased compared to the same period last year, resulting in a decrease in the gross margin. The photovoltaic solar cell business has to bear high fixed costs, such as providing machine equipment depreciation and paying employee salaries.
