On July 9th, Ge Luan Hui reported that Shenzhen New Nanshan Holding(002314.SZ) announced its 2024 semi-annual performance forecast, with a net loss of CNY 90 million to CNY 150 million attributable to shareholders of listed companies during the reporting period, compared to a profit of CNY 25.4863 million in the same period of the previous year; net profit after deducting non-recurring gains and losses is expected to be a loss of CNY 0.105 billion to CNY 0.165 billion, compared with a loss of CNY 19.788 million in the same period of the previous year; basic earnings per share were a loss of CNY 0.0332/share to CNY 0.0554/share.
According to the preliminary calculation of the company, during the reporting period, it is expected that the net profit attributable to shareholders of the listed company will decrease compared to the same period last year. The main reason is that the real estate market was still in a deep adjustment phase in the first half of 2024, and the sales of projects during the reporting period did not meet expectations. Moreover, due to the impact of the settlement schedule of development projects, there was an imbalance in the company's profits between quarters. Therefore, it is expected that the net profit attributable to shareholders of the listed company in the first half of 2024 will decrease compared with the same period last year.
