The basic loss per share was 0.01 yuan/share to 0.03 yuan/share.

The net loss attributable to the shareholders of the listed company decreased compared to the same period of the previous year. The main factors affecting this period's performance include: 1. In this period, the acceptance management of MCM company's improvement project increased significantly. As a result, the sales revenue and gross profit of MCM company increased, and its performance improved compared to the same period of the previous year, with a decrease in losses. 2. Airwork company shrank its fixed-wing leasing business and operating fleet scale, and the internal cost reduction and efficiency improvement measures were effectively implemented, comprehensively improving Airwork company's operating condition in this period. 3. The market development of the domestic subsidiary Rifa Machine Tool Company did not meet expectations, and the revenue and net income of this period decreased compared to the same period of the previous year.

During the reporting period, it is expected that non-recurring gain and loss items will have an impact of about 4 million yuan to 8 million yuan on the net income attributable to the shareholders of the listed company, mainly due to government subsidies received by the company during the reporting period.
