Century Ginwa (00162) announced that Qin Chuan resigned as the company's executive director and CEO due to personal life and study arrangements, effective from July 10, 2024.
After Qin Chuan's resignation, he will also cease to be the authorized representative of the company as specified in Rule 3.05 of the Listing Rules of the Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Limited, as well as the authorized representative of the company for receiving legal process or notices in Hong Kong pursuant to the company's articles (Chapter 622 of the Laws of Hong Kong). The company's executive director, Wen Qing, has been appointed as the authorized representative, effective from July 10, 2024.
