On July 10th, Gelonhui reported that Guangdong Guanghong Holdings (000529.SZ) has established a wholly-owned new project company in Zengcheng District of Guangzhou. The company has won the bid for a land area of 95,173.8 square meters on the west side of Funing Avenue in Zhongxin Town, Zengcheng District, Guangzhou, with a bid of 65 million yuan. The land plot will be used to create the intelligent cold chain base of the food cold chain smart port project. The intelligent cold chain base is the industrial core of the food cold chain smart port project, and is an iterative upgrade of the company's existing frozen product trading center, which realizes the development of the business model. So far, the company's self-operated and managed cold storage capacity has exceeded 0.08 million tons.
