Tokyo Stock Exchange Growth Market 250 Index 654.51 -3.42/trading volume 0.1 billion 17.04 million shares/trading price 123.5 billion yen

Today's growth market continues to decline in both the Tokyo Stock Exchange Growth Market Index and the Tokyo Stock Exchange Growth Market 250 Index. The number of rising stocks is 182, the number of falling stocks is 365, and the number of unchanged stocks is 31.

The US stock market was mixed on the 9th. The Dow average closed at 39291.97 dollars with a depreciation of 52.82 dollars (-0.13%), the Nasdaq closed at 18429.29 with a 25.55 point increase (+ 0.14%), and the S&P 500 closed at 5576.98 with a 4.13 point increase (+ 0.07%). The wait-and-see signs intensified ahead of US Federal Reserve (Fed) Chairman Powell's congressional testimony, and after they snuggled up, things were mixed. Since the chairman mentioned in his testimony that economic and labor market decelerations can be seen in recent data, the Dow turned to a decline due to a sense of caution. Meanwhile, high tech purchases continued on the NASDAQ, remained steady, hit record highs for 6 consecutive days, and ended in mixed situations.

Due to the fact that US stocks were high and low, etc., the growth market also began trading at the closing price level the day before. Amid a situation where there was little sense of direction, interest in the prime market continued, such as the Nikkei Average rising steeply towards the close, so both the Growth Market Index and the Growth Market 250 Index did not even exist. Although trading prices increased compared to the previous day, both indices were suppressed above the 75-day moving average.

Individually, Asukanet <2438>, Stem Rim <4599>, and WTOKYO <9159>, which had a sharp rise the day before, became dominant in sales. Among the top stocks by market capitalization, Integral <5842> and Cover <5253> became dominant in sales. Regional newspaper companies <2164> and grid <5582> rank among the stocks with the highest price drop rate.

Meanwhile, since the designation of supervised stocks (being confirmed) was lifted due to the submission of securities reports, energy change (4169) stopped high. Also, preliminary reports of specific clinical research results on drugs targeting “Parkinson's disease” and “depression” were viewed as materials, and Tsubota Lab (4890) also stopped high. Among the top stocks by market capitalization, MacBee <7095>, which announced the change to the prime market, was bought, and Adventure <6030> and Sunwell's (9229) also rose. Cell Seed <7776>, NPC <6255>, and Cojin Bio <177A> are ranked among the stocks with the highest price increase rate.

Also, in the Tokyo Stock Exchange Growth Market Core Index, in addition to MacBeep, Adventure, and Sunwells, free <4478> and TKP (3479) were bought.
