The transaction price for this transaction is based on the appraisal value of the target company on the evaluation reference date (December 31, 2023). The book value of the shareholder equity of Aishi Fort Co., Ltd. on the evaluation reference date of December 31, 2023 is 21.0244 million yuan, the appraisal value is 24.2043 million yuan, the appraisal value added is 3.1798 million yuan, and the value added rate is 15.12%.
