Update on Dawei Innovation Technology's lithium battery new energy project in Chenzhou: So far, the company has won the exploration rights of kaolin ore survey in the Dachongli mining area of Guiyang County, Hunan Province, completed the main field survey work, and is actively promoting exploration, transfer, mining, and design planning; Dawei Innovation Technology's lithium battery new energy project in Chenzhou will produce 0.04 million tons of battery-grade lithium carbonate per year (Phase I), with a scale of annual output of 0.02 million tons of battery-grade lithium carbonate. The project has obtained the right to use the land for construction, as well as relevant environmental assessment and energy assessment approvals or filings. Currently, the company is actively promoting the project construction work. During the reporting period, the aforementioned project was in the early stage of construction and had a certain impact on the company's overall profitability. Since the start of the project to the end of the reporting period, Dawei Innovation Technology has invested more than 136 million yuan.
