Yuwang Emerges As Substantial Shareholder In Nextgreen Global
Nextgreen Global Berhad announce that Yuwang Plantation Sdn Bhd has emerged as a substantial shareholder with the acquisition of 55 million shares, equivalent to a 5.4% stake.
Nextgreen全球宣佈，裕旺種植場私人有限公司通過收購5500萬股股份，相當於5.4%的股份而成爲重要股東。
Established in 2002, Yuwang Plantation, a subsidiary of Yuwang Group, specialises in cultivation of oil palm estates and processing of fresh fruit bunches into crude palm oil and palm kernel. It manages approximately 65,000 acres oil palm estates, 20,000 acres of rubber estates and operates 8 palm oil mills.
於旺種植園成立於2002年，是於旺集團的子公司，專注於種植油棕園和將鮮果穗加工成粗棕櫚油和棕櫚仁。它管理着約65,000英畝的油棕園和20,000英畝的橡膠園，並經營着8個棕櫚油廠。
