On the news front, Innovative-Alpha issued an announcement that the company has been notified by the members of the Nanjing Nuoshaiyu Development Consulting Co., Ltd. ("Nuoshaiyu Development"), the single largest shareholder group of the company, that it intends to receive further capital injection from Nanjing Nuoshai Xin Enterprise Management Co., Ltd. ("Nuosaiyuxin", ultimately held by the company's director, Dr. Lee Kai-fu). Assuming no other changes in the shareholding of Nuoshaiyu Development at that time, following the completion of the capital injection, the shareholding ratio of Nuosaiyuxin in Nuoshaiyu Development will increase from approximately 16.53% to approximately 29.57%, and Mr. Wang Hua, Ms. Tao Ning, Mr. Zhang Ying, and Ms. Lang Chunhui, members of the company's single largest shareholder group, will hold the remaining approximately 70.43% of the equity.
In addition, the Company has also learned that Nanjing Nuoshaiyu Development Consulting Co. Ltd. (the single largest shareholder group of the Company) had completed the capital injection in Innovation Works (Beijing) Enterprise Management Co. Ltd. ("Innovation Works") in early 2024, with Nuoshaiyu Development holding approximately 21.81% of the equity in Innovation Works after the capital injection. The Company has further learned that Nuoshaiyu Development intends to further increase its investment in Innovation Works. Assuming no other changes in the shareholding of Innovation Works at that time, following the completion of the capital injection, the shareholding ratio of Nuoshaiyu Development in Innovation Works will reach approximately 25.96%.
