Creating a sustainable living environment," with the goal of inclusively ensuring that urban and human habitats are safe, resilient and sustainable, and ensuring sustainable consumption and production patterns based on SDG 12's "responsible production and consumption." Specific initiatives include promoting wooden earthquake-resistant design businesses and advocating for a 100% earthquake-resistant housing movement.

The theme of increasing the rate of wooden structures is based on SDG's "9. Building the Foundation for Industry and Technological Innovation" to establish resilient infrastructure and promote inclusive, sustainable referencing while also promoting technological innovation. Based on "15. Protecting land-based wealth," the company aims to protect and recover the land-based ecosystems, promote sustainable use of forests, fight desertification, prevent land degradation and loss of biodiversity. Based on SDG 12's "responsible production and consumption," the goal is to ensure sustainable consumption and production patterns. Specific initiatives include establishing wooden structural design and advocating for the use of CLT.

The theme of promoting energy-saving housing is based on SDG's "7. Providing Affordable and Clean Energy for All" to ensure access to affordable, reliable, sustainable and modern energy for all people. The goal is to promote energy-saving reality surveys based on SDG 11's "creating a sustainable living environment." The theme of transitioning from the concentration of the capital to the revitalization of local regions is based on SDG 11, with the goal of revitalizing the local region and participating in YADOKARI's capital and business alliance and Forest Living. The company is participating as a co-organizer in the "isumi Forest Living" in Isumi City, Chiba Prefecture, which aims to expand the potential of wood, and is engaged in activities that will lead to the realization of a rich life in Japan in the future through regional revitalization.
