Vision Int Hldg (08107) has issued a statement that on July 10, 2024, the group signed a strategic cooperation framework agreement (the "Framework Agreement") with Camping Home Network Technology Co., Ltd. ("Camping Home Technology") to increase the visibility of Camping Home's service platform ("Camping Home") in China. Under the Framework Agreement, the two parties have agreed that the Group will provide Camping Home Technology with an innovative supply chain management solution ("Innovative Supply Chain Management Solution") that will last for three years and a comprehensive digitization promotional marketing solution for the following activities: (1) provide promotion and registration services for various sports events related to Camping Home, and (2) market related products and services.

("Camping Home Technology") on July 10, 2024, aiming to enhance the visibility of Camping Home's service platform ("Camping Home") in China. Under the guidance of the General Administration of Sport of China, Camping Home was established in 2013 as a pioneer organization that aims to promote outdoor camping sports. With the support of the General Administration of Sport of China and other local governments, Camping Home primarily organizes large outdoor sports events, such as China Camping Event and Marathon. Currently, Camping Home has nearly 300 partners.
Through cooperation with Camping Home Technology and leveraging the relevant sports events organized by Camping Home, the Group can introduce its innovative supply chain management solution and other products to various participants and partners of Camping Home, thereby expanding the Group's customer base and creating business growth. Based on this, the Directors believe that this Framework Cooperation Agreement is entered into on normal commercial terms within the Group's normal scope of business and is in the interests of the Group and all its shareholders.
