Aneka Jaringan Subsidiary Awarded RM53 Million Piles Works Contract For New Logistic Hub
Aneka Jaringan Holdings Berhad (Aneka) said today its wholly-owned subsidiary, Aneka Jaringan Sdn Bhd, had on 11 July 2024 received Letter of Award dated from Grand Dynamic Builders Sdn Bhd to undertake the bored piles works and precast reinforced concrete piles works for the Proposed Construction of a new logistic hub in Shah Alam, Selangor.
Aneka Jaringan Holdings Berhad (Aneka)表示，其全资子公司Aneka Jaringan Sdn Bhd于2024年7月11日收到Grand Dynamic Builders Sdn Bhd的中标通知书，拟承接在Selangor Shah Alam建造新物流中心的钻孔灌注桩和预制钢筋混凝土桩工程。
In a Bursa announcement today, the company said the Sub-Contract sum is worth RM53 Million. It also carries a commencement date of 17 July 2024 and shall be completed on 1 March 2025.
在Bursa的公告中，该公司表示该分包合同价值5300万令吉。合同开工日期为2024年7月17日，完工日期为2025年3月1日。
The Sub-Contract will not have any effect on the share capital and shareholding structure of the Company. The Sub-Contract, however, is expected to contribute positively to Aneka's consolidated earnings and net assets for the financial years ending 31 August 2024 and 31 August 2025, during the duration of the Sub-Contract.
该分包合同将不会对公司的股本和股权结构产生影响。然而，在分包合同期间，预计将对Aneka的合并收益和资产形成积极作用，对于截至2024年8月31日和2025年8月31日的财年。
