The construction of the factory building for the fundraising project "annual production of 3,520 sets of intelligent industrial digital printing equipment production line" project, which was issued to specific investors, has been completed. In 2024, the company will strive to accelerate the follow-up construction of the fundraising project, and aim to complete the equipment selection, installation and commissioning work in the second half of 2024, so that the fundraising project can be put into operation as soon as possible.
As the fundraising project is gradually put into production, the company will build an intelligent production factory with an area of approximately 0.26 million square meters, and the production capacity will be expanded to approximately 5,520 units, creating the world's largest digital printing equipment production base. The company pays attention to the extension and layout of the industrial chain. The integrated digital printing industry base project has officially started in Nangang Industrial Zone of Tianjin Economic Development Zone. The project has an investment of approximately 0.6 billion yuan, covers an area of 0.093 million square meters, and will build an integrated production line for digital printing ink and 200 industrial digital printing machines that produce 0.047 million tons annually. The project is scheduled to be completed and put into operation in 2025, and will enable Honghua Numerical Control to cover the entire digital printing industry chain, promoting enterprise efficiency, cost reduction, and enhancing competitiveness.
