According to the agreement, the scope of the cooperation between Kuaishou and Meituan in the next three years will be expanded to "hundreds of cities and thousands of stores" across the country. The supply provided by Meituan to Kuaishou will expand from group-buying products to various marketing forms such as vouchers, membership goods, flash sale products, etc. Kuaishou's 0.7 billion users will help Meituan merchants to gain new increases.
The first cooperation between Kuaishou and Meituan started three years ago. Data shows that in June of this year, the GMV of Meituan merchants on the Kuaishou platform increased more than 38 times year-on-year, and the order volume increased more than 10 times year-on-year. Since this year, the monthly order conversion rate of Meituan commodities in Kuaishou live broadcast rooms has increased by 5 percentage points month-on-month.
