REGAL INT'L (00078.HK): Yang Biyao will resign as Executive Director and Chief Operating Officer.

On July 12th, Glory Times reported that (1) Ms. Yang Biyao will no longer serve as the executive director and chief operating officer of Regal International (00078.HK). Both positions will take effect on July 16, 2024, but she will continue to serve as a non-executive director. The appointment of Ms. Yang as a non-executive director will take effect on July 16, 2024; and (2) Ms. Yang will also retire as a director of RH International on July 16, 2024.
