Gelonghui, July 12 | Zhongshui Fisheries (000798.SZ) announced that the semi-annual net profit is estimated to be 62 million yuan to 72 million yuan, a decrease of 29.61%-18.26% from the same period last year (after retroactive adjustment), and 60 million yuan to 70 million yuan after deducting non-net profit, an increase of 38.31%-61.36% over the same period of the previous year (after retroactive adjustment).
The company expects net profit attributable to shareholders of listed companies in the first half of 2024. The main reason for the decrease compared to the first half of 2023 after retroactive adjustment is that the fishery sector restructuring bank merger and acquisition loans increased in the second half of 2023, leading to an increase in interest expenses.
