LET GROUP (01383.HK) announced on July 12th that (i) the company's subsidiary Suntrust and contractor (Empire Philippines) have entered into Supply Agreement I, whereby Suntrust appoints contractor (Empire Philippines) to undertake supply work for the project under Supply Agreement I, with a contract amount of USD 376,782.44; (ii) Suntrust and contractor (Empire Singapore) have entered into Supply Agreement II, whereby Suntrust appoints contractor (Empire Singapore) to undertake supply work II, with a contract amount of USD 4,363,032.32; and (iii) Suntrust and contractor (Empire Philippines) have entered into Installation Agreement, whereby Suntrust appoints contractor (Empire Philippines) to undertake installation work for the project, with a contract amount of USD 1,522,079.03.
The project refers to a five-star hotel and entertainment complex, Westside City Phase I - Parcel B, already built or to be built on three parcels of land adjacent to Manila Bay in Parañaque City, Philippines.
