Jolywood (stock code 300393.SZ) announced that its subsidiary, Taizhou Jolywood Photovoltaic Technology Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Taizhou Jolywood"), plans to sign the Energy Management and Energy Saving Service Contract with Zhejiang Zheneng Energy Service Co., Ltd. ("Zhejiang Zheneng") respectively for the energy storage power plant projects in Changshu and Taizhou under the service mode of "contract energy management".
It is reported that the planned installed capacity of Changshu project is 5.022MW/10.044MWh, and the planned installed capacity of Taizhou project is 8.184MW/16.368MWh, subject to the professional design results of Zhejiang Zheneng. Jolywood and its subsidiary Taizhou Jolywood are responsible for providing the installation site for energy storage power plants and the power supply of the power grid for charging the energy storage power plants, while Zhejiang Zheneng is responsible for investing, building, and operating the energy storage power plant projects during the cooperation period. After completion of the project, Jolywood and Taizhou Jolywood will distribute the energy saving benefits to Zhejiang Zheneng in a certain percentage during the operation period which is ten years from the project grid connection day.
