Unity GP Hldgs (01539) announced that Hong Kong's RSM Hong Kong has resigned as the company's auditor, effective July 12, 2024.
Upon recommendation from the Company Audit Committee, the board of directors proposes to appoint Boyi Certified Public Accountants Co., Ltd. as the company's new auditor to fill the vacancy caused by the resignation, with a term of office until the end of the next shareholder's annual meeting.
