On July 15th, Gelunhui announced that Youran Animal Husbandry (09858.HK) disclosed the trading of approximately 8.50% of the issued shares of Saikexing after issuing shares according to the general authorization for issuing subscription shares and acquiring Saikexing. All prerequisites for the subscription have been met, and the subscription has been completed on July 5, 2024. All prerequisites for the share transfer have been met, and the share transfer has been completed on July 12, 2024.
When the subscription was completed, the company issued and distributed 97,323,833 subscription shares to China Genetics at a subscription price of RMB 1.45 per share, with a total subscription price of RMB 0.141 billion. The issued subscription shares accounted for (i) about 2.56% of the company's issued share capital before the completion of the subscription, and (ii) about 2.50% of the company's issued share capital after the issuance and distribution of the subscription shares.
After the completion of the share transfer, the company indirectly holds 66.86% of the total issued shares of Saikexing. Saikexing’s financial performance will continue to be included in the group's accounts.
