On July 15th, Gelonhui announced that Bank of Xi'an (600928.SH) received the "Reply on the Approval of Liang Banghai's Qualification for Chairman of the Board of Directors" from the Shaanxi Financial Regulatory Bureau on July 12, 2024. The Shaanxi Financial Regulatory Bureau has approved Mr. Liang Banghai's qualifications as chairman of the board of directors of the company. Due to the above job adjustment, Mr. Liang Banghai also resigned from the position of president of the company. Mr. Liang Banghai has confirmed that there is no disagreement with the board of directors of the company and there is no need to notify the company's shareholders and creditors of any matters related to his resignation as president. At the same time, according to the resolution of the seventeenth meeting of the sixth board of directors of the company, Mr. Liang Banghai will perform the duties of the president on behalf of the company until the company appoints a new president and obtains regulatory qualification approval.
