On July 15th, Gelunhui reported that ST Tianyu (300205.SZ) announced that according to the 'Notice of the Ministry of Finance and the State Administration of Taxation on Value-added Tax Policies for Software Products', if a general taxpayer sells software products developed and produced by themselves, after collecting value-added tax at the applicable tax rate, they shall implement a policy of immediate refund for the part of the actual VAT burden that exceeds 3%. After approval by the Wuhan Donghu New Technology Development Zone Taxation Bureau of the State Administration of Taxation, Wuhan Tianyu Information Industry Co., Ltd. recently received a software product value-added tax refund of 3.89 million yuan, accounting for 19.75% of the company's audited net income in 2023.
