The highest purchase price was 14.23 yuan/share and the lowest purchase price was 13.10 yuan/share. The total amount paid was 1.8 billion yuan (excluding transaction fees). The repurchase of shares this time complies with relevant laws and regulations and the requirements of the company's share repurchase plan. Since the company's first centralized bidding repurchase plan has been completed, 9,751,415 repurchased shares are held in the company's dedicated repurchase securities account. Therefore, the company has repurchased a total of 22,926,515 shares in two repurchases, accounting for 1.07% of the company's total share capital.
