北京燃气蓝天(06828.HK)：法院批准基金47提出作为索偿人加入诉讼的申请

On July 15, GeLongHui announced that on July 2, 2024, BG Blue Sky (06828.HK) received the civil judgment made by the court on June 30, 2024 for the lawsuit. According to the civil judgment, the court approved Fund 47's application to join the lawsuit as a claimant on January 30, 2024. In addition, according to the civil judgment, the company must (i) pay Fund 47 a price to complete the acquisition of 40% equity of Target Company 47; and (ii) compensate Fund 47 for interest losses related to the price amount from January 30, 2024 to the settlement date (calculated based on the one-year loan market quote interest rate published by the National Interbank Funding Center). All other claims made by the claimant and Fund 47 are rejected.
