(002431.SZ) announced that its former director and general manager, Qia Ya Zhang, submitted a written resignation report to the board of directors on July 12, 2024, due to the adjustment of the recommended candidates by the controlling shareholder. Qia Ya Zhang resigned from the positions of director, member of the Development Strategy Committee, and general manager of the company, and no longer serves as the legal representative of the company. After resigning, Qia Ya Zhang will no longer hold any position in the company or its subsidiaries.
The board of directors has authorized the director and CFO, Ting Li, to perform the duties of general manager from the effective date of this resolution until a new general manager is appointed by the board of directors.
