JY Grandmark (02231) announced that PKF HK has resigned as the company's auditor, effective from July 15, 2024, according to the announcement on the Zhitong Finance app.
Following the recommendation of the audit committee, the board of directors has appointed Deloitte Touche Tohmatsu Certified Public Accountants Ltd. as the new auditor of the company, effective from July 15, 2024, to fill the temporary vacancy left by PKF HK's resignation, until the end of the next shareholders' annual meeting of the company.
