SAGAWA Express Co., Ltd., a subsidiary of SG Holdings Group (hereinafter referred to as "the Company"), has completely redesigned the "home delivery counter" (hereinafter referred to as the "counter") at two locations within Haneda Airport and reopened them on July 9. In addition to temporary storage for baggage, the counter provides same-day delivery service to hotels in Tokyo*1, supporting comfortable travel and business trips.
The "home delivery counter" has been renovated.
The counter is located in the arrival lobbies (domestic flights) of Terminal 1 and Terminal 2. As the number of users at Haneda Airport increases following the end of COVID-19 pandemic, the counter has been redesigned to be more recognizable and easier to use for more people. The new design is based on the Company's corporate color, blue, and enhances visibility by unifying the design. Additionally, we continue to promote "hands-free tourism," which aims to eliminate the inconvenience of carrying large luggage for overseas visitors to Japan with large suitcases planning for a long stay due to the recent trend of a weaker yen, as well as for travelers, and businesspersons in Tokyo. If you leave your luggage at the counter, same-day delivery is available to hotels in Tokyo, eliminating the need to carry your luggage yourself, and making your travel and business trips more comfortable.
Furthermore, with this renovation, a large display has been installed at the baggage claim area of Terminal 1 and a large digital signage near the baggage claim area of Terminal 2 to illustrate the location of the counter and promote hands-free tourism.
