On the news front, Boyaa Interactive announced that the Group has recently entered into a Subscription Agreement with UTXO Venture LLC, investing up to USD 1 million in UTXO Bitcoin Ecosystem Fund 1 LP (UTXO Fund). UTXO Venture is the General Partner of the UTXO Fund. In addition to investing in the UTXO Fund, Group will work with BTC Inc. to develop a global strategy in the Bitcoin industry.
