On July 16th, Gelunhui reported that Aikesaibo (688719.SH) received a letter from Mr. Bai Xiaoqing, the company's controlling shareholder, one of the actual controllers and chairman, proposing the implementation of midterm dividends for Xi'an Aikesaibo Electric Co., Ltd. in 2024. In order to enhance the investment value of listed companies, share development achievements with investors, enhance the sense of gain of investors, and promote the high-quality development of listed companies, I propose: to implement midterm dividends in 2024 under the premise of complying with the profit distribution principles stipulated in the company's articles of association, ensuring the normal operation and long-term development of the company. It is recommended to use the total share capital on the stock registration day when the company implements the future profit distribution plan, minus the number of shares held in the repurchase account, as the basis for distributing cash dividends.
