Yu Tak Int'l (08048) issued an announcement stating that the company's board of directors clarifies that the group owns 100% of the actual rights and interests of its subsidiary HR21 Limited (HR21) registered in Hong Kong, which is engaged in computer software development and maintenance services; and the holding structure of HR21 currently held by the group is no different from the shareholding structure based on the audited financial statements of the group for the year ended December 31, 2023.
The board of directors has learned that a certain individual in Hong Kong recently claimed to have acquired control of HR21 from the group and has become the actual owner of HR21 (related statement). The board of directors has an obligation to clarify to the public that it has not authorized any transactions related to the actual rights and interests of HR21, nor has it authorized anyone to make any changes to its shareholding structure. As of the date of this announcement, HR21 is still a wholly-owned subsidiary of the group.
The board of directors reiterates that the statement made by such individuals is not based on and is incorrect.
