LBX pharmacy chain joint stock (603883.SH) announced that it has received a letter from its controlling shareholder, Medicine Group, proposing the implementation of the mid-term dividend for LBX pharmacy chain in 2024. In order to adhere to the development concept of "putting investors first", implement the action plan of "improving quality, increasing efficiency and returning to shareholders", enhance the sense of gains for investors, and safeguard the interests of all shareholders of the company, Medicine Group proposed to formulate and implement the mid-term dividend plan for 2024 on the premise of complying with the profit distribution principles stipulated in the Company Law, ensuring the normal operation and long-term development of the company. It is recommended that the amount of mid-term dividend in 2024 be 50% of the net income attributable to the shareholders of the listed company in the first half of 2024, based on the confidence and recognition of the company's future development prospects and value.
