Listed on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange in 2001, the management team mainly comes from DC Holdings (00861), a multinational company in the Fortune 500, naturally with international genes.

According to the Wisdom Wealth app, facing the complex international situation and the increasingly fierce domestic 'involution' model, many Chinese enterprises, especially private enterprises, have begun to pin their hopes on 'going out to sea' for survival and development.

On July 15th, Guo Zhengli, Chief Operating Officer of DC Holdings, led a delegation to Thailand to investigate and investigate Saha Group, a well-known local family conglomerate, which has a super influence in e-commerce, real estate and industrial parks, logistics, consumer and manufacturing fields. During his visit to Thailand, Guo's delegation was warmly received by Mr. Boonsithi Chokwatana, Chairman of the Board of Directors of Saha Group, and Mr. Somkid Jatusripitak, Chairman of the Board of Directors of SPI (Saha Pathana Inter-Holding PCL) and former Deputy Prime Minister of Thailand. The two sides had friendly and in-depth exchanges.

In the meeting, the two sides had in-depth exchanges on five core cooperation areas in the future, including e-commerce platform operation, supply chain optimization and upgrading, corporate digital transformation, industrial parks and building intelligence, and financial technology application. Both sides agreed that digital transformation is of great significance to the development of large Thai companies, and the wave of Chinese enterprises going global will also bring more development opportunities for both sides. By combining DC Holdings' leading advantages in big data and artificial intelligence and Saha Group's deep-rooted market in Thailand, the two sides will create a new situation of win-win cooperation.

After the meeting, the DC Holdings delegation first visited Shop Global, located in the head office of Saha Group, to gain a deep understanding of Saha Group's television and network live broadcast business in the e-commerce field. Then, Guo's delegation visited KingBridge Tower to learn about Saha Group's professionalism and innovation capabilities in the field of real estate development, as well as its contribution to improving urban living quality. After that, the team went to the TSDC distribution center to get a close look at the warehousing and distribution operation of Saha Group, and to have a firsthand understanding of the efficient operation and advanced supply chain management in the logistics field, which provided the basis for subsequent data-based supply chain cooperation. The delegation arrived at SPI Industrial Park under Saha Group, visited the Lion factory and the Toray Carbon Magic factory, went deep into the workshop frontline to understand the factory's operation, further felt the innovative technology and production strength of Saha Group in the manufacturing field, and the demand for digital transformation. Finally, the delegation visited J-Park Nihon Mura to have a deeper experience of Saha Group's business and property management model. Mr. Piriya Khempon, Director of SPI and former Thai ambassador to China, accompanied the delegation throughout the above activities.

This visit not only deepened the mutual understanding between DC Holdings and Saha Group, but also laid the foundation for deep cooperation between the two sides in the fields of intelligent supply chain and digital trade. It is expected that in the near future, there will be more innovative cooperation projects between the two sides. DC Holdings will also build a diversified international cooperation network around multiple dimensions such as big data, artificial intelligence, and intelligent supply chain through cooperation with more Southeast Asian enterprises, and strive to become a key force in promoting the development of the digital economy in the region.
